Chef Patrick started cooking at a very early age. After living in the California wine country Patrick moved around to broaden his horizons in Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, Spain, Cincinnati, and finally settling on Charleston, SC. The draw of the city was the proximity to the ocean, the warm weather, and the food and wine scene. Being a chef in a place that boast about great food was the perfect setting. After learning the tricks of pimento cheese and shrimp & grits this Cali Chef started to put his spin on down home cooking. Chef Patrick’s menus include the favorites like mini chicken and waffles, but also feature items like sweet chiles rellenos, pan-seared lamb bites, and gourmet deviled eggs.
